Refund Policy – Just a Little Pie Shop

We want every customer to leave with a smile and a happy belly! Because our pies and treats are fresh, perishable food items, all sales are final. We bake everything from scratch and stand behind our quality 100%.

Refunds & Exchanges

- No refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong flavor, or no longer want the pie.
- We will happily provide a refund, replacement, or store credit only in these limited cases:
1. The pie is defective (burnt, undercooked, wrong filling, missing ingredients, or visibly spoiled when you pick it up or receive it).
2. We made a clear order mistake (wrong pie entirely, or a major allergen was included despite being noted).
3. The pie arrived damaged or in unsafe condition (delivery orders only).

How to Request a Refund or Remedy

- Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at hello@justalittlepie.com or (845) 479-6700.
- Include your order number/receipt and clear photos of the issue.
- For pickup orders: Please bring back the uneaten portion (at least 75%) so we can see what went wrong.
- For delivery orders: Take as many photos as possible; do not eat it if you believe it’s unsafe.

We may deny a refund or replacement if the pie has been partially eaten, or if we’re unable to verify the problem.

Custom Orders, Special Orders & Holiday Pre-Orders

All deposits and payments for custom pies, whole-pie pre-orders, and holiday orders are **non-refundable**, since these are made just for you and can’t be resold.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

A Little Note From Us

Once a pie leaves our shop, food-safety rules mean we can’t put it back on the shelf. This policy helps us keep our pies delicious and affordable for everyone. If something truly isn’t right, we promise to make it right—just reach out quickly and kindly, and we’ll take great care of you.
