Serving & storage
Follow the storage instructions for your pie below. Keep refrigerated pies covered at 40°F or below and cold until serving. Return these pies to the refrigerator within 2 hours, or 1 hour when the temperature is above 90°F. Remove boxes, wrapping and plastic lids before heating; use oven-safe bakeware.
- Store
- Refrigerate the pie and its separate cranberry sauce promptly.
- Serve
- Heat the pie in oven-safe bakeware in a 350°F oven until a food thermometer reads 165°F in the center and several spots through the filling. Cover the crust with foil if needed. Keep the cranberry sauce chilled and serve it on the side.
