When can I pick up my pies?

Pick up at 31 Eastdale Ave N, Poughkeepsie, NY. Tuesday, November 24: noon–7 pm. Wednesday, November 25: noon–7 pm. Thanksgiving Day, November 26: 10 am–2 pm. Choose your pickup day in your bag before checkout.

Which pies can be shipped?

Our 9-inch large pies (except Apple Cider Donut), mini pie packs, and loaves ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Little pies and whipped cream are pickup only. Flat-rate shipping is $15 to Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. Shipping is $30 to all other states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Mini-only orders can ship as soon as possible or on Monday, November 23, 2026. Orders containing a large pie or loaf ship together on November 23. Delivery takes 1–3 business days after shipment.

How are my pies packed for shipping?

Pumpkin, pecan, and key lime pies, along with all mini pie packs, ship with ice packs in insulated shippers. Large apple pies ship frozen and may thaw in transit. Depending on the climate at your destination, we may include an ice pack with your apple pie.

Keep apple pies at room temperature overnight, or refrigerate for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.

We also have extensive experience shipping sweet treats through our sister company, Amanda’s Macaron Shoppe. Your pies are packed with that same care and experience.

How do the mini pie packs work?

Each box holds six 3-inch mini pies. Choose each box separately: one of each of our six flavors, or six pies of one flavor. For example, a 12-pack can be one Key Lime box and one Variety Pack. Mini packs are available for pickup or shipping. Custom mixes within a box will be available after Thanksgiving.

When do preorders close?

Place your Thanksgiving preorder by November 20, 2026.

Serving & storage

Follow the storage instructions for your pie below. Keep refrigerated pies covered at 40°F or below and cold until serving. Return these pies to the refrigerator within 2 hours, or 1 hour when the temperature is above 90°F. Remove boxes, wrapping and plastic lids before heating; use oven-safe bakeware.

Apple pies
Store
Keep at room temperature overnight, or refrigerate for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Serve
Enjoy chilled or warm in a 350°F oven. Check little and mini pies sooner than big pies, and protect the crust with foil if it browns too quickly. Remove boxes, wrapping and plastic lids before heating; use oven-safe bakeware.
Cherry & blueberry pies
Store
Keep covered in the refrigerator.
Serve
Enjoy chilled or warm in a 350°F oven. Check little and mini pies sooner than big pies, and protect the crust with foil if it browns too quickly.
Pumpkin & pecan pies
Store
Keep refrigerated.
Serve
Serve chilled, or take out shortly before serving to soften the chill. Return remaining portions to the refrigerator promptly.
Key Lime, Chocolate Cream & Pumpkin S’mores
Store
Keep refrigerated.
Serve
Serve chilled. Keep these pies out of the oven so their fillings and toppings stay intact.
Apple Cider Donut Pie
Store
Keep refrigerated.
Serve
Serve chilled. The donut topping is best enjoyed fresh; do not heat the assembled pie.
Mini pie packs
Store
Refrigerate the complete pack.
Serve
Follow the instructions for each flavor. Remove individual apple pies if you would like to warm them; keep cream and custard pies chilled. Do not heat the gift box or plastic lids.
Little Thanksgiving Pie
Store
Refrigerate the pie and its separate cranberry sauce promptly.
Serve
Heat the pie in oven-safe bakeware in a 350°F oven until a food thermometer reads 165°F in the center and several spots through the filling. Cover the crust with foil if needed. Keep the cranberry sauce chilled and serve it on the side.
Pumpkin, Cornbread & Apple Cinnamon loaves
Store
Keep wrapped. Freeze well-wrapped slices for longer storage.
Serve
Enjoy at room temperature or gently warmed.
